Dine in order lost and not completed. After waiting 20 minutes for our lunch I was asked if I was waiting for something. I... replied with us my entire order. Order was found and then rushed. Upon receiving our order it was incorrect. Went up to thecounter for the 3rd time, employee asked who had taken my order. Employee rolled her eyes and was extremely rude. Order was notcorrected!! -10. They ignore mobile orders. I had to wait about 20 minutes until they completed all the drive thru and counter line ups.... That too after reminding them a couple of times. There were only two employees, may be new because they were very slow. And asupervisor who didn't seem to care. Worst part - the chicken wrap was too greasy and tasteless. Mocha latte almost tasted likehot chocolate. For the first time ever, I dumped Tim Hortons food in garbage. My first no-go TH location. Update: when I postedthis same comment through feedback option on their app, restaurant brands international explained that I had to ask the storefor a refund. I didn't even ask for a refund. This location will surly mess up your order. Once I ordered an early great latte and they gave me coffee with a tea bag in it.... So disappointing every time you go. You ask for no meat or beyond meat and they ask what type you want over and over. Rude andincapable of serving the food and drinks they offer. Read more

Thank you for taking us in! My wife and I were on vacation and we're staying in an Airbnb on Fireside View. It was our first... night there, when suddenly, we were woken up by the doorbell at 2 in the morning. When I went downstairs, to see who it was, notone was there. I didn't know what was going on, so I went back upstairs. I saw a strange glowing light, but thought nothing ofit. I thought it was the construction workers working at night. When I looked outside I saw some wood on fire, and then thoughtthat the construction workers were burning some trash. I then looked a bit further to the right and saw that the entire buildingwas on fire (attached photo)! My wife and I evacuated our building and drove over to the near by gas station. Another evacueewho was also in the lot had mentioned that Tim Hortons was offering a free donut and water for those affected by the fire whileit was prepping for the day during it's off hours. We went in, got a free donut, and the first shift person let us use thetelephone there to make whatever calls necessary as we sat down recovering from the shock of what was happening.
