Food is always delicious, but takes forever now if you order directly from the restaurant.
Been ordering their pizza for years. Great pizza when they get the order right. However, they only get it right, at best, 50% of... the time. Got 3 out of my last 4 orders wrong. Even after I stress to the order taker to get it right. On two occasions, I gotcompletely wrong pizza. I am afraid they have lost my business now. Read more
The past few months the pizza dough is always raw in the middle. It was our favourite pizza in town but now it grosses me out.... Tried giving them a couple of chances and telling the 1-800 number but the same raw dough the last few times. Read more
Ordered. Told them I was outside in my car. Waiting. Waiting. Went inside. They told me they do not deliver to cars. Did not... tell me when I ordered. So as I was waiting, I noticed that one of their staff was sitting on the counter where they prep thedough. Oh boy. Mentioned that to staff when I picked up. They did not care. Read more
This place has a AWESOME!!! Not only did they give my son a free pizza for his birthday, I ordered tonight and the chipotle... chicken pizza was THE best pizza I?ve ever had! AND I had it on A multigrain crust!! Soooo good! I want more! Lol the kiddelivering was also so nice and very cognizant of the COVID precautions. I?m super impressed thanks Panago Cochrane!! Excellent service was shown today when I ordered fresh tomatoes on my pizza. The young lady that made my pizza put them in a... separate container for me. (Yay for not warm tomatoes!) I forgot them and she called me to tell me she had them set aside forme. I thanked her and said it was ok, I didn't need them. (Was too tired to turn around and go back.)
