Head to your favorite KFC in Cochrane for a great time on the toilet. I only recommend this place for bad customer service and... uncooked pink chicken. If you want to experience an explosion in your bathroom, then this the right place to buy yourfood. They also messed up my order and didn't even try to fix it. Upon coming in, windows dirty, finger prints everywhere. Counters dirty, just everything was dirty in general. When serving... food, this is not acceptable. The chicken was just ok, and the french fries I couldn't eat.... Seemed like the batter wasn'tcleaned out in a long time. Weird taste. How can you screw up french fries? Read more
The seating and pop fill areas were extremely dirty, lots of customers waiting for a very long time. For the price my go to... sandwich was subpar let alone terrible stomach pain shortly after. I think I?m done with KFC for good. Read more
I do not recommend this location in Cochrane! I ordered a 2 piece combo for 10$ and I received a kids meal box with a small... piece of a chicken and 14 pieces of fries I assume ???? definitely disappointed at this place. Very stingy service, never goingback there again ???? Read more
I would like to say the service was courteous and efficient but the food was substandard, maybe an off day for the franchisee.... Chicken was barely breaded a tad undercooked and the gravy tasted burnt. I don't like to complain publicly but if I was abusiness owner I would want to know. Read more
I've had good and bad experiences here. Sometimes it is perfectly spot on, sometimes I get real chicken instead of the plant... based.. this time they gave me the "regular" plant based burger instead of the "spicy" (which i wasnt too concerned about) butthey DROWNED it in mayonnaise... please slow down a little guys. Unable to eat the chicken tenders, they were so salty, imagine pouring a salt shaker right into your mouth. The fries were... over cooked and dark brown bordering on burnt. They must have changed their gravy recently, not the typical chicken andpepper gravy they used to have. This gravy almost seems beef flavoured. We only order KFC once a year so hopefully this wasall a one off. The bucket of original chicken was good, no changes there. Read more
