Today i orded through skip the dish i orded food and a candycane iced capp?. I GOT A HOT CHOCOLATE INSTEAD!!!
I know anywhere I go in Cobourg Tims staff are great. But have to give a shout out to this location. I?ve always found this... location to be the friendly and best spot to get my coffee fix. I don?t know why but everything is always exactly how I expectit and served with a smile. Which is not always east these days with how hard it is to find staff and to deal with difficultcustomers. Doors locked at 1:00pm not opened till 2:45. Service was slow. Had to walk to drive through window because there is no cup... holder on bike. Read more
Too bad that I had to deal with a rude service from this location. I never had a problem with other tim hortons but this one was... really bad. There is no reason why a worker ruin someone else's morning if she is not happy with her work. Just leave the joband look somewhere else. You'll make your life and customer's life happier if you leave tim hortons. Read more
I have been to this bran twice so far, friendly staff and great service.
The worst service and experience I ever had. I was driving with my family for over six hours and we were dying for a cup of... coffee, so we were looking for a Tim Horton?s location because we used to grab our coffee from it. Unfortunately this locationappears so we went there. It was very bad that they were so unfriendly, but anyway we ordered dark roast coffee with double shotof espresso and they give us different drink, so I told them it?s not what I ordered and they didn?t even apologize, in the topthey said that what I ordered, so I said it?s with cream and I asked for dark roast!!! She ignored it and didn?t even care . Ireordered because the money is not my problem, but their behavior was not acceptable. Read more
Great place very friendly staff and great selection of snacks. Just a side note there are fruit flies in the donut display and... they are sitting on the donuts please take care of it. Read more
