I haven't been dining out much these days but decided to go for lunch at Swiss with a friend. We were greeted at the door by... the hostess Ericka, who gave us the warmest welcome ever, how often do you get greeted being called beautiful? it made us smile.We were offered a choice of seats and chose the one with a nice view. We were served by an also very nice server. Our lunch wasthe festive special, and was served hot and delicious, the chicken was moist, and fries were nicely done. We were greeted by Ericka Edmond-Stapleton last night and I must say I was very impressed by the professionalism and happy food... lucky attitude! She made us feel welcome and over all great experience. The whole staff last night was just great a very cozywarm environment. Read more
Such a great place for lunch. Speedy service and delicious food. Our hostess Ericka was so friendly. Our waitress Julia made... sure we got our food and bill fast as we were on a short lunch. The service is great. Read more
Not like other Swiss Chalet. Soup was not near as tasty, bland and salad was all wilted and not at all like the usual crispy... crunchy garden salad at others. Waitress said their produce delivery was garbage lately. Funny my produce at local stores hasbeen great. It is summer. Waitress was quick to drop and go and no personality. Read more
This is one of the better Swiss Chalets in the franchise. The food is always consistent, temperature exact and quality... excellent! The service is definitely better than most. The servers always care about your order. They make good suggestions andserve your order in a timely manner. Can?t finish your meal, well they are right there with take out boxes. Friendly and attentive service from everyone. Our server was very nice and made sure everything was okay with our meal. The food... itself was brought out in a timely manner after ordered, and it was delicious. No complaints here. Glad we were able to get offthe highway and take some time to recharge our batteries after a long day's drive. Read more
