I ordered a family bundle of mozzarella sticks and instead of mozzarella sticks I just got hollowed out bread sticks they taste... ok but where is the cheese ??? My son's hockey team had a fundraiser at Cobourgs East Side Mario's! They each teamed up with a server and helped them with... taking orders bringing drinks, clearing tables, dropping off bread etc and the team would earn a portion of what was spent onfood and drinks. The waitresses were amazing with our boys! Nikki in particular was teamed with my son and he had such a funnight! It was a great team building experience! My husband and daughter and I also dined in this night and even though it wascrazy busy( and I'm sure our young men slowed the waitresses down) we had a great experience and great food! Everyone was sopleasant from the wait staff to the manager! Can't wait to do our fundraiser again next year! Read more
We came in no greeter for the first 4mins of us standing there. We are seated no waitress they didn’t know who it was gonna... be because the one who had section shift was done. We finally order we did not get asked for extra bread or salad they take ourstuff and walk away. We get food husbands food was not correct and she accidentally spilled food in his lap pizza sauce all overhis shirt pants and hands. He got up ran to bath room to clean up. Now waitress did apologize yes. But we had to reorder foodthe correct food 20 mins he gets new food by this time we lost appetite. I asked for bill and they had not removed his food offbill we didn’t even have a manager come over to speak to us. I made a comment to waitress I said we get nothing for what hashappened even though I know we all know it was a accident but no compensation no manager or owner to talk to us and you make uspay the bill?? She says I can go check to take the food off the bill? She leaves comes back and yes they removed the item offthe bill.! 4 of us went for dinner in Coburg. The Italian Wedding soup was delicious. We were served by a very sweet waitress name Nikki.... I'd go back again just to have her serve us. She was wonderful. I had tilapia. Delicious!! Never ending soup and salad. I wouldgo again. Read more
