Really good coffee, but the customer service wasn't too friendly. I also ordered something which I asked them to remove the... sauce and when I got home the sauce was on it I guess it's my fault for not checking. I was a little upset when I went all theway back to the Tim Hortons and they argued with me about that I took a bite out of my sandwich so I had to talk to a manager toget another sandwich made for me which was a little frustrating but all in all it was fairly good Read more
This particular Tim's has had some issues over the last few weeks with staff shortages but I must admit that since resolving the... issues, the service has become really good. Little improvements like giving a napkin with food at the drive through have madethe experience at this venue seem so much better. Read more
Slow service, even though there wasn?t much of a line-up. Didn?t have the item I requested (4:15pm - see other reviews). Young... staff member was friendly but I could hear in the background while we were waiting at the window for our order: Person 1 ?I?mgoing on my break? Person 2 (our server) ? If you go I?ll be the only one?. I usually don?t bother going in or lining up fortake-out at this location because I know they?re slow, and might not even have what I want to order. I agree with all the reviews here. This is the worst Tim Hortons I have visited. The service is slow, they are always out of... food by 4pm. Don't waste your time stopping here. Drive more 15 mins to Pembroke. These people don't deserve a Tim Hortonsconcession. Need to be a hard worker to run a Tim Hortons. This establishment is not run by owner very well I go frequently on weekends and its always understaffed and the staff are all... very young and seems like they dont have enough training and no one seems to be leading them. It just took me 45min for 3 hotdrinks and a muffin. Upon getting my order I finally tasted my decaf coffee to find out it wasn't made properly and the tastewas horrible I'd return but I don't have another 46 min to wait. Very disappointed last 3 visits with my orders not beingcorrect. There definitely needs to be some management on hand on weekends instead of throwing these young kids out to the wolves Read more
Posting this review after many visits. Service is quite friendly. However it is WILDLY slow. On a regular basis the slowest... Tim's experience I have ever had during peak periods. Some of that I am willing to chalk up to staffing issues created by covidbut eventually its a management issue. On top of the slow service it seems like every time I go they are out of something. Several times during breakfast rush been told no hashbrowns, no eggs, no biscuits or don't have the the proper bread to makewhat I want. Honestly it seems like more times than not they are out of something key. This is pure planning. Been therelong enough now this type of thing shouldn't be happening and certainly not at the rate it does. FYI - just spent 34 min indrive through on a Friday morning....no hash browns. Read more
The McDonalds has a grimey atmosphere about it, but everything appeared clean. Staff was very nice. The ice coffee we ordered... was good. The medium fries weren't fresh, they were cooled off hot, if you know what I mean. They were still crunchy, but notsteaming hot and fresh. I wouldn't say they were warm, they were "hot". I wish I could have had fresh fries, but no fault to thestaff at this restaurant. 4/5, I think the typical McDonalds standard is achieved. Read more
Amazing Teamwork at this location. As I read other reviews, I understand that some days are not so great. That is everywhere. ... The whole world is short staffed right now. Let's give some credit to the ones that do show up to SERVE US! I stop hereeveryday. They usually always have what I want and if they don't because something is cooking- then I am ok with that. The placeis so clean and very friendly. Inside or drive through I am always pleased. The new managers are great and are on top of it all.Such a great location as well. The staff really engage with each customer, it's like a big family there. Read more
