I went to the play area last night and asked an employee to sweep up all the old food of the ground because my 2 year old was... coughing up some old fries on the floor. She told me if it was dirty she would just close it nit sweep it. Then she told me towatch my son better and slap him if he does it again. And check your food if it's correct because you may see what's on your receipt and say.... It'scorrect and then go home and it's wrong and things are missing, that happens often over there. I rarely go to mcdonald?s due to the staff being extremely rude but the times i do decide, i always get the manager named Diana... on drive thru. Her attitude is the worse! She?s very rude for no reason when i?m just being friendly. She does not know how towork in customer service and doesn?t deserve too. I?m not the only one who has made complaints about her. We were driving through town and stopped by on Saturday Nov 27 at 10am our meals were good and we had no complaints. I have to... give the manager in charge at this time Diane or Diana sorry I wasn't that close to see the name props as we were there she hadone customer that you could tell was still drunk from the night before giving her a bit of a hard time she dealt with it calmand patient . The workers do not wear a mouth guard. And and I do not think ???????? that with covid 19 people should have to worry about... germs coming from someone's mouth. Simply talking while preparing food will get germs on food. And gloves should be worn as well Read more
