Customer service really sucks. They are not attentive at all to their customers they put your food on the counter walk away you... have to ask is this my food the fries over salted I did not eat my fries, and I wasn?t going to go back and ask for more. If I could give this McDonald's Zero Stars, I would. This is the worst McDonald's I have ever been to in my entire 52 years of... living! We went in to order, and there were 5 staff members behind the counter. Nobody was in the restaurant of in the to-golane. We were the only ones there. The employees were just playing on their phones. One looked up and made eye contact and thenturned his back and continued playing on their phones. We finally ordered, but the staff was apathetic. Nobody wanted to makethe hamburger, so it took 20 minutes to just get one hamburger. My family has decided to go to Burger Kings from now on whentraveling. Read more

The store was dirty. Staff ignored dining room patrons. The tea dispenser was uncovered and exposed. On the bright side though,... they got my order right after a half hour wait. Read more

Very rude cashier / we always stop for coffee and oatmeal when traveling. She gave me a hard time because I asked for extra... cream.. they no longer give out anything extra her words...maybe it time we just started going somewhere else .. spending mymoney somewhere else where they will allow you to order your food the way you like it . Be carful here. They gave me a chicken sandwich not fully cooked. The chicken not properly cooked is really dangerous!!! Not... sure about their quality control but Saturday Aug 6th, around 12.50pm in order to have orders quickly seems they were notcooking properly the food. I?m addition they did not give us napkins (it was a drive thru), however that could have been anoversees. Read more
Can't believe they would not take my order over the counter. They said being short staffed I needed to use the electronic menu.... I don't like using them. All he could say was "sorry" when I said " I guess I'll go to Carl's." No one was in the drive thru &I was the only person in this location. So sad people have no customer service skills. Read more
