Always clean (can't be said about a many Subways). Staff is always friendly and get people through the line quickly.
This location used to be good. not anymore. paid $18.00 for 3 6" sandwiches and got mainly bread. not impressed at all.
I don't know whether to leave a good or bad rating for this Business because the young lady, who was obviously new, did a GREAT... JOB attempting to make a wrap for the first time for me. But the other employees seem to not care to help her, teach her or tendto my order. Thank you to the redhead who made me a wrap today you did a great job and it tasted wonderful. I think, had theother been more worried about the customers than being on the phone or in the back, the guy in front of me in line may not haveleft angry because it was taking so long. #semi-satisfied... Stopped at Subway in Coal Valley. The guys at the counter greeted us as we came in. They were helpful in selecting the... sandwiches and the best toppings. One of the guys name was Sam and he was friendly and very helpful with the new drinks thatSubway is starting to serve. Sam is an asset to Subway. We will be back. Read more
Really good service fast and delicious. Stopped here for dinner and got a roast beef sandwich the bread was made fresh and was... great. The man who made my sandwhich helped a lot I believe his name was Sam. The lady with red hair was very rude and snottythough. Read more
The people were snickering at the way I wanted my pizza made, even though it was just wanting the tomatoes and lettuce after it... was cooked. There was also a person not in uniform taking to the other employees distracting them. And they messed up one of oursandwiches and had to redo it. They used to be really great but now I think I'll drive in town. Read more
