I loved the atmosphere! The server was very nice and she was so sweet. The only thing that I would change is giving that lovely... lady some help! Every table was filled and she was the only one working. I should also mention that the food was delicious. Won?t be back. 30 minute pick up time ended up being 60 minutes! Pizza and Italian beef were cold plus they forgot stuff in... order. Wait staff wasn?t good. This business has definitely gone down hill over the years. Coal City needs a good pizzaplace!! Read more
Absolutely worst food we've ever had. Not worth a 2 hour wait. Not worth over 50$. 10/10 will never order again. I don't care... what night of the week it is, if you tell me my delivery is going to take 45-50 minutes, alright even being a little late, cool.This was ridiculous and the food was so greasy and disgusting. I tried to order just 2 items and they wanted 36$!! Out of their digital menu, paper menu, and online website menu, each menu... had different prices AND none were what I was being quoted for. Pizza Grinder was labeled 10.99$ and they were trying to chargeover 16$ for it. Their manager stated it was due to rising gas expenses; however, if you had the correct prices honestly postedthen this would not have been an issue! Everyone in town has rising gas price associated costs with reasonable increases. Thisestablishment continues to be the only one in town to not handle it accordingly or efficiently. No stars for me and my family, but you have to put a star in order to post this review. We are from out of town and we stopped... for dinner on our way home. We ordered appetizers and pizza. Our bill came to $78.00, we left $86.00. The waitress came runningout accusing us that we didn't pay our bill. Needless to say the waitress got a nice tip on her dishonest way. I have toremember that God is in charge of dishonest people. I would not recommend this restaurant due to their dishonesty to theircustomers. Read more
We stopped ordering from here for a while because our orders were wrong or took way to long. When we would call the phone girl... was rude and would say things like you know its Friday or Saturday and we are busy.....that being said we thought we'd try againand see if things were any better. So this being a busy week and not having time to make dinner we decided to order and pick upourselves. We ordered two times during the week and everything was great. We decided to go ahead and order again last night,well things weren't so great. We ordered pizza and boneless wings. We were told 30-40 for pick up so we got there and were toldit wasn't ready yet but would be in 4 minutes. I waited about 15 or more just to be told the new phone girl got my order andanother one confused and my order wasn't even started. The bar manager was very nice and said let me make this right, I'll havethem deliver your order no extra charge and I'll send brownies and a 2 liter of pop for the inconvenience, I asked how long andshe said about 20 minutes....need less to say from the time that I called in my order we waited almost 2 hours for our food toarrive and there was no brownies or pop. When I asked the driver he said it's not on the ticket and no one told me anythingabout it. So I guess we are done with this place once and for all. In town for a high school basketball game we wanted dinner afterwards. Reviews for the Chicago style deep dish looked... interesting so we tried it. Amazing pizza and value! We ordered two 20? deep dish pizzas. It did take a while to cook but omgthe pizzas were huge and delicious. The house salad was good and helped with the cook time. We?ll definitely be back again.
