First and above all else, I am a good person so I would never disparage a local business without just cause or reason. The facts... are as follows: I ordered 15 wings off the Wingstop app and my order was delivered on time. The entire batch was way overcooked. It was crunchy! However the worst part of the meal was that it had WAY too much salt! The next morning, I called tospeak to the owner or the manager of the franchise and inform them that they should keep a much closer eye on the food goingout. I was told that neither were there. I was told to call back tomorrow. I won?t be calling back tomorrow however if theywant to call me back, and receive what I consider to be valuable advice, I would be happy to share it completely at my expenseand solely for the benefit of all Coachella Valley consumers. My message to the community is clear. Be careful when you orderdelivery from this restaurant. You might be disappointed like me. Read more
The wait time here is ridiculous! Even when they aren?t busy. Never again
I Successfuly placed a huge online order for party, and they took my money, then waited an hour and a half to tell me they... cancelled my order and that we can?t order online. So not only does the website let you make orders they don?t accept, but theyalso won?t get back to you within a reasonable amount of time to let you know. Left our entire party expecting wingstop for. Anhour and a half before bothering to tell us it wasn?t coming. This is beyond unprofessional and the fact that you did eventuallycontact us shows there was nothing preventing you from telling us within 20 minutes, or even an hour. First I try to order off the app and it?s takes money from two different cards then says it can?t be processed. I called the... store and the lady says it happens all the time but no worries my money will be returned in 5 business days? -_- anywayyys Iask if there is any other way to order so I pick up she said no?. Bought wings here today and from the store to when we got home the food it was a mess. When I got there they couldn?t find my... order but they eventually found it. When we got home they got my two of my three flavors wrong, didn?t give me the veggiesticks. My boyfriend?s extra wings (bayou bbq) and one of mine had little to no sauce and my boyfriends cheese fries had almostno cheese. I got major attitude when I called back to ask for a fix. All they offered initially was to give me an extra 5 wingsnext time I came of but since I?m not from here i just said I?d bring them in. They told me if I had eaten a wing even if it wasthe one they had made correctly they didn?t have to help but to bring back in the wings. I told her I?d bring in the ones thatwere wrong because I didn?t want to bring them back wings I had touched due to covid. When I got there the lady acknowledgedthat the wings were wrong but never apologized and gave me attitude most of the time. I told them I just wanted them to fix myorder of wings and give me the veggies but they re made the whole order.
