Understaffed. Pulled up to the drive thru, it took a minute for someone to acknowledge us. Once they did we waited another 10... minutes and nobody took our order. We ended up backing out of the drive thru. I understand people are short staffed, but you canat least check in with the people in drive thru. You lost a customer, and probably many others that night because you ignored usfor 10 minutes. You need to hire more people to cover the inside of the store and the drive thru. Absurd! Read more

Friday, July 1st we ordered Del Taco from the app but something was wrong with the grill at this location. At first I thought we... wouldn't be able to receive our order but the young lady in charge that day was kind, helpful, and polite about the wholesituation. She explained what was happening and took my phone number just in case a manager needed to resolve my issue and giveme a refund. Fortunately, she was able to get our order taken care of and it didn't take that long. My husband and I definitelyappreciated her making it happen for us. Read more
This place should get zero stars. Two people working. One at the counter one in the kitchen. The counter person turned away... ALL drive-thru traffic. The woman ahead of me took ten minutes and still couldn't decide so I ordered. Fifteen minutes later Igot the ONE burrito and ONE taco I ordered. The worst made burrito I have ever had. Read more

I?m sure most people go through the drive-through, so I never get to see this but if you have to go inside. You can tell a lot... about a place from how well they clean. They don?t clean here.
