Let me start off by saying the food was great. No issues there. And originally this was gonna be a 2 or 3. First and foremost,... this place is a breeding ground for flies. I?ve never seen so many flies in a food establishment. There?s a comment on heresomewhere from one of the cooks making excuses about not being able to use pesticides due to customers. If you guys need toclose down for a week to deal with this issue, that shouldn?t be a problem if pesticide is the solution you?re going with. Orjust contact an extermination service. This will also give you time to remove all the food from the premises and do a deepcleaning, which you need to do. On that note, general cleanliness. A customer?s food at the table next to us was there afterthey left from the time we sat down to almost the time we left (about 30 mins). This problem can be easily solved by placingtrash bins for people to empty and place used trays. On that same note, maybe understaffed? Between cleaning, cash register,and cooking, the three staff were definitely struggling to keep up. Finally, the men?s bathroom. Both the toilet and the papertowel dispenser don?t work. Definitely not up to Wingstop standards at all. Chairs are on tables over an hour before close. Floor mats on the bench, so I... had no place to sit. Couldn't tell who the manager on duty was because the uniforms weren't proper. Never made eye contact withme because he was watching TV while taking my order. If he paid attention he wouldn't of had to ask me questions when I alreadytold him what I wanted. Boneless wings are a 6:30 cook time but I was served in under 3 minutes. I love old chicken. They weresauced incorrectly too. Packaging is completely wrong. Offered my receipt, but wasn't told about any survey. Funny the thingsyou notice when you run the top store of another district. Great place to grab some wings! The boneless wings are crispy and delicious. Great flavors and several options. Current... promotion is for Spicy Korean flavor. Owners are kind and welcoming. Wings prepped quick. It always seems like they throw in afew extra wings. The ranch is amazing. My favorite ranch dressing in Clovis. Read more
I'm sure the food was is good but the people there are absolutely terrible! Said that They are only taking online orders then... let the people behind us order. No people skills at all and completely lazy! Will be contacting corporate and letting them knowexactly the kind of people that are working there.
