We went in to eat and we?re seated right away. Then, we sat there, and sat there. Several waiters and waitresses walked past us... multiple times. The manager walked past us multiple times, yet no one stopped to wait on us. We watched three different tablesbe seated after us and all three got waited on. We finally got up and walked out. The man at the front counter was not very friendly when I went to pickup my order. The lady that came to help when the man... walked away from me without saying a word was very friendly (hence the stars given) When I got home, half my order was missingin the bag and when I called to let them know, I was informed it would take 7-10 business days for a partial refund... theywere not willing to deliver my missing items so I have no choice but to wait. Food was ok, I ordered a virgin piña colada and I over heard a blonde bartista talk about the order and saying stuff on how it... was a disgusting drink and why people would order that. She said ?What?s the point of that drink without the alcohol?. Then acouple came in and asked for a military discount and she said no then they left and then she proceeded to talk behind thecouples back to those around her saying that she did not like their attitude when hers was rude and unprofessional. This was my first visit here since it opened. I will say our server was phenomenal! The appetizers were very good. The wings on... the other hand where absolutely horrible. I was extremely disappointed in the wings. They were over sauced, over cooked, anddefinitely had barely any meat on them. I've been to many different B Dubs from Arizona to Texas and this is the worst one handsdown. The two stars is for the server and the appetizers. Read more
The server was nice, the cooks however tried to have me eat refried French fries that taste like cardboard and they were cold.... Good stop if you are driving down the road. Visit wingstop to get more bang for your buck. Read more
Group of 8 people went into this establishment prior to lunch service (1100am) We sat down promptly and waitress was with us... right away. As the time went on ordered appetizers and drinks that arrived at the table promptly. Ordered meals and that's whenit went sideways. Waited for an hour for the first 3 orders to hit the table. Was approx another 30 minutes for other orders toarrive. There was still 2 people without their food. 15 minutes later their food arrived and everyone else was almost finished.Food was cold, mediocre, and has room for improvement. There was 3 other parties of no more than 3 people in the restaurant.This was prior to the lunch rush and service should had been quicker than what it was. My experience was average at best andwould had hated to see what the lunch rush would had been like. Read more
