The customer service is excellent!! This place is a gem (along with the Vons and Starbucks in the same shopping center). I love... the lemon pepper bone-in wings, mango habañero sauce, original hot sauce, garlic parmesan wings and the seasoned fries. Theemployees have made us feel appreciated and they go out of their way to get to know us and remember our order. This location isby far the best. Read more
Atmosphere 5 star,nice ,clean TV right channel, lots of choices of drinks, 4stras food little salty everything we got 6... difference flavors off wings very nice but salty ,French fries little brown and very salty, service every employees very quietno welcome no noise at all little awkward everyone need to smile and welcome people tha place very bissy store lots offcostumes. Every wingstop is different. These guys had wet naps. Some dont. Some different flavors per location. I dont like not having... individual napkins as opposed to have to string 20ft off of a roll. But hey good wings and way cheaper than B Dubs Read more
Poor and slow service. If theres another wingstop 2-3 minutes further, theyll have your food done and ready for pick up 10... minutes in advance. I order carryout from this place alot! The facility is always clean, the staff are friendly af, and the food is always ????????!... it's always ready to go in the estimated time window of the app and I've never had to wait over the estimated time. Definitelyone of my favorite food places in town with a good balance of food and price. Read more
Good wings and awesome fries, but poor service brings the experience down. Our order through their website was incomplete, so we... called and asked for the missing items to be delivered or refunded, and they won't do that unless you drive to their location.What's the point of having it delivered and paying a tip in advance BTW? Won't be going back even though we joy the food, as youshould get what you pay for you. They did offer a 10% coupon for a future order, but we're not going back so what's the point? Read more
