This is such a nice little drive-through coffee spot. I really really love their cold brew coffee it doesn't have that burnt... taste that you get at Starbucks. It's just a very refreshing cold brew haven't really tried anything else on their menu yet butI do like the little chocolate bean they put on top of all their coffees it's such a cute touch. A very welcome addition to Clovis, located at Fowler and Shaw east of the Sierra Vista Mall near grocery stores and plenty of... retail outlets and restaurants. Features specialized ice tea and coffee, smoothies, lattes and more. Lots of sugar-free options,too. Very friendly and informative staff. Highly recommend! Read more
I was really excited that Human Bean came to Fresno. I've had their coffee in Oregon and it was good. I finally got to try the... one in Fresno and I was not too fond of it. I really want to love it but it's not for me. It was way too sweet for my personalliking. I order the Caramel hazel mocha and Pumpkin snow. It was super sweet that I had asked them to remake it because I feltlike I was just drinking nothing but syrup even after stirring it. I couldn't taste the coffee or the cream. The girls workingthat day was nice enough to remake them. I wasn't sure if they would do it but they did, which I do appreciate them doing that.But even after the second remake, it was still sweet. Honest review here. I have been three times now. Each time I have ordered an Iced coffee. 2 of the 3 times the drinks were... pretty watery and not so great. One of the times, the drink was perfect and tasted amazing. The problem: Ice. I have noticedthat the 2 of 3 times that were not so good was because they were skimping on the ice. The problem with that is when you pullwarm espresso shots and pour that over a drink with little ice, the drink cannot stay cold and the little ice that there isinstantly melts and waters down the drink. I am hoping this improves as their employees learn more and the place has more skinin the game. Overall flavors are good and the drinks have good potential. Read more
Prices can be a little higher than other coffee shops?.love this place so far now it?s my go to coffee spot ?..my only issues is... that each same drink never tastes the same I guess depending on the person making it that day it always tastes different andsometimes not in a good way? every time I?ve been I asked for blended and each time except for the first time it was always halfblended or almost melted and or watery I haven?t had a proper blended drink since my first day there?.lines lately have beenridiculous and the wait times?one lane has been closed the last four times I went?most staff is nice except for a few that seemannoyed with questions?.some of the staff can?t make drinks the drinks don?t taste as good as the other staff who makesthem?wish there was more vegan options also wish they had a list of the flavorings they do have?last issue is that I hate howsome staff taking orders don?t always listen and the ones making the drinks sometimes skip over what u asked for I?m Vegan do tohealth issues and the other day I told them oat milk and I think it was regular half and half or something and oat milk subwasn?t even printed on my cup I told them twice and they also forgot the whip cream on my kids Italian soda when we asked for itand paid for it Read more
Great coffee but poor customer service. I was out with husband to try out this place and when I made my order the cashier gave... an awful attitude towards me. I wanted a specific drink they had but the cashier told me they were out of the ingredients whichI completely understand, and had decided to go with another drink. The cashier then says "It's a free drink? Do you want it ornot?" in the most annoyed, attitude tone. Personally I don't think that's how you should reply to customers like that when theygive you no reason to. Never coming back again. Read more
Love the concept of this place! Very quick but almost too quick! This is probably my 4th trip here and every iced drink I?ve... got, wasn?t blended correctly. I got a matcha latte and it definitely was not mixed properly. Their blended drinks are the besttho! Read more
