This will be my first and last time getting a sand witch at this place. The lady there was not a good customer service plus she... had a running and dripping nose while prepping my order. Order ID NBBNVZ5PHD33FKG2. One employee behind the counter. When I went to fill an ex lg drink, the ice tea dispenser was... empty. Clerk said they didn't have any more ice tea. I asked if I could just get an unsweetened bottle out of their glassfridge display; I was told "no" that I had to get a fountain drink. I don't drink sodas, sugar or suguar free. I went to postal express there in this parking place I left it scared me,, I'd like to elaborate on this. I was in a hurry when... I posted this. Sorry. The reason it was scary was not only was it a dark inviting place. When I asked the gal that I met behindthe counter that I wanted to send something priority mail. She looked at me with a blank stare and handed me in unspecifiedform. It did not look official. It did not look like it was an official postal form. Now I've been to other postal places wherethey actually give you a form that comes from the United States postal service. This actually look like something I was going tohand to her. She was going to handle later. No that wasn't going to work for me! I was actually going to be mailing a card withsome money in it. How did I know that if I left that with her it was actually going to get mailed?? Not only that, the phonehappened during well. I was standing there beginning to fill out my form and she was arguing with her spouse about something andit was just a blatant argument. No qualms about it So that told me that family business was in the store and the store wasstruggling and there was a customer in the store that may not have been a customer after all that look like they were actuallyhaving a long pow. To be honest, wasn?t expecting this low quality of service at particularly this subway franchise. The lady there was not good... with her customer service at all. While we were thinking to chose from options, she was telling us to think fast, like who evendoes that? Not only this they were out of cucumbers or having no cucumber to serve in a sandwich.
