I?m so annoyed I ordered asada fries and when I get home I notice that I get no Asada and when I call back to ask to get a... remake and that I would bring back the fries they said no that they would only give me a cup of asada. The girl citaliali orwhatever her name is yelled at me. I?m so upset I spent $14 on the asada fries and I only got cheese fries and I got yelled athow hard is it to just remake the fries by the time I get there my fries would be soggy. Overpriced and person in drive thru was rude. I had asked for salsa and she said she already put some in the bag. Please explain... how 2 salsa is going to be split between 4 burritos and 2 asada fries. Tried asking for more and she literally ignored me andshut the window. Read more
I've avoided Robertito's for a few years now, because they honestly are not good. I decided to try them again today just in... case. They are still not good. My "asada" burrito was cold because they threw cold pico de gallo in there. Just not a good placeto eat Mexican food. Went through drive thru lady had me arguing with her because she wouldn't give me a crunchy taco. Since the soft taco was made.... Never had someone say I can't get what I'm asking for. I paid for the extra taco TOO after arguing with her, it had only a fewpieces of chicken. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Read more
I was honestly skeptical about trying them because of all the poor reviews, but I'm glad I tried it for myself. I really enjoyed... the food! Some things could use improvement like the guacamole having no flavor, but you just have to know what to order. Myfavorite is the chicken enchiladas and my mom's favorite is the shredded beef tacos. Awesome food. So good. My favorite is the Asada fries but the burritos and nachos are great too. I haven't tried the other menu... items but they use good ingredients so I'm sure it's all very good. The atmosphere is a new building so it's nice and clean. The staff is also great. They're very helpful and courteous. I love that. Thanks! Read more
