I ordered a "custom" ramen: Tonkotsu broth, chashu pork, Woodear mushroom, bean sprouts and boiled egg. Presentation:... Presentation of the food was good. Portions: Portion of the food was also good and to what was expected. Price: Price somewhatmatched what I would've expected to pay for this type of ramen. Flavor and taste: Overall, it wasn't bad but I found that theWoodear mushrooms were way too soft. The Chashu wasn't bad but a bit sweeter than what I would've expected (but I think otherswould enjoy it, sweetness just isn't my cup of tea). I found the noodles way too soft/overcooked. The broth wasn't bad but honestly could have been more rich for a tonkotsu flavor. Customer Service: Customer service was wasn't bad. I have been to somany ramen shops, in different states and other countries and there are many different styles, flavors, and ingredients which isto be expected. This shop does well in providing variety and customisation which is great. Likewise, they do a good job with theway it is set up to either do a quick and casual dine in or take away, which I have found great for flexibility that not as manyramen shops offer. I would still recommend this place, as it's likely better than what you would find for this Fresno/Clovisregion. Overall 4/5 stars. Read more

It was amazing! I have a shellfish allergy and they were really nice about it and checking to make sure the food was ok. We got... the shio ramen, spam masubi, and salmon donburi, all amazing flavor. Also got the cheesy corn appetizer however I couldn?t eatit as it?s fried in the same oil as shellfish. Extremely fast, price is fair. Very good Read more
