Highly recommend!!! PhoEver is a wonderful family-owned business with great service and high-quality food for a reasonably low... price! My family and I have this tradition of celebrating birthdays at a particular Vietnamese restaurant that recently went outof business. Therefore, we decided to try PhoEver for the first time. The owner and manager personally introduced themselves,asked how they could accommodate us the best way possible, managed to encourage the whole restaurant to sing happy birthday, andoffered my entire family shots of expensive liquor and dessert for free! In saying this, I cannot guarantee that every birthdaycelebration will include free liquor, but I can say with confidence that the owner and staff will treat you like family. My family and I had one of the best experiences at this restaurant! We went to celebrate 2 family members birthday because they... love Vietnamese food and the place we originally go to closed down for good! The owner and his family were super nice! They werecelebrating their daughters birthday so they had a lot of family members there at the same time we were in there and they wereso welcoming and thoughtful that they all sang happy birthday to our group! Phoever has great tasty Vietnamese food, however their price tend to be little higher. Some of the good: their pho broth is... very tasty and they always serve it really hot (steamy hot). I believe that?s how all pho restaurant should serve pho, which Ithink it tastes much better the bean sprouts, onions, thai basil and limes are very fresh and clean the restaurant is modern andclean service is attentive and very friendly, I always was greeted with smiles upon entering and leaving the place have outdoorseating which is great option on a nice sunny day spacious dining area (a plus after COVID) Some of the not-so-good: their phonoddles are slightly overcooked, consistently throughout the few times I dined in portion of food is a little smaller comparedto other places, on top of being slightly overpriced Since Phoever is located in a nice neighborhood and provides a modern andcomfortable dining environment with great service, I would definitely return and recommend this to everyone, even though I feelthe food is overpriced. Had the egg rolls and they were delicious, small, but delicious. I also had the rare steak and meatball pho and it was the best... I have ever had by far!! The food had no heavy flavors and not heavy on salt. It was the perfect portion of food. I justcouldn't stop drinking the broth. Could have earned 5 stars if customer service was better. The food overall is the bestVietnamese food I have ever had and I have tried all over fresno and surrounding areas. Come and try here. You won't bedisappointed. ???????? Read more
Very delicious! I've been to a lot of Pho around, this one is by far the best. The broth is very rich, flavorful, and... delicious! Veggies were very fresh ???? My kids also loved their kids Pho Bowl. We also had the Avocado Smoothie which wasextremely delicious and light. The place is very clean and modern with flat screens throughout. Also has a bar area with Taps onhand. Definitely worth the trip!!! Read more
