First time here. Was nearby and went because the reviews were decent. Ordered the house plate special w/noodle and fried rice... and a chicken teriyaki plate w/fried rice. I have been going to Kowloon for over 20 years, this is the first time I was so disappointed. Ordered the Black Beef Mushroom... with fried rice, it was so soggy did not look like fried rice, just rice with tons of gravy, tasted like mush. Had to throwaway, also Ordered spicy chicken with noodles it was awful, not the same. Not sure if there is a new chef if so they need togo. We had to throw our food out could not eat it. I am not sure if I will be back anytime soon. My entire family andneighborhood goes to Kowloon once a week, they had mention the food has gone down hill but I did not believe it.
