The person who took my order was very polite. I had a coupon for the 3 piece meal & asked if I could have 2 thighs & a... drumstick. No problem. Had just filled my drink when the order was ready. So polite workers, speedy service & I saved $5.00 withthe coupon. Very happy customer here. Same excellent service as last time even with a rookie employee. Went through the drive thru and saw on the screen the Big box for $7.99, when I got to the window to pay I was told $12.99! I... said no your sign says $7.99 why is it so much? The manager came and apologized and said they have basically the same thing foronly $5 and add the Mac and cheese a small additional charge. I agreed and paid. When I got home I noticed they didn?t give me areceipt so I checked my bank transactions and KFC charged me $10.76 for my order.
