I truly enjoyed my food from this Jack in the Box, the only reason I couldn't give it 5 stars is because my jumbo jack bread... wasn't even toasted and I didn't get any sauce for my loaded tiny tacos. But I ordered a lot of food and everything else wasgreat from the tacos, egg rolls to the curly fries to my ultimate cheeseburger. The employees were polite and quick. Okay, so I've always enjoyed going to Jack in The box, and I love to give good reviews, I usually wait a couple of days before I... post a review so I can be a little more objective, but this particular visit was very annoying. Went to the drive-thru to orderfood at 11:30 p.m. and it took about 30 minutes to get through the line, and the line wasn't even that long. At one point Icontemplated going somewhere else but it was too late, I had too many cars behind me. And the food was subpar, The buttery Jackwas not very buttery as it usually is, and the jumbo Jack tasted as though it was missing something but I couldn't quite figureit out, I ordered a strawberry lemonade and got a strawberry soda, I wasn't about to go back through that line again to get itcorrected, and the lobby was closed. Hopefully the next time I go the service will be quicker and the food will be better. If Ieven go back to that location. Read more
This location Jack in the Box is super. Staff is always professional and efficient. I've never had issues with my orders or... customer service. Food is consistently good! Management is doing a great job with recruiting, training and retaining the rightfolks here! Read more
Deserves no stars. This location doesn't listen to their customers. When you ask for a plain hamburger and you get home to find... out there is cheese on it. So I couldn't even eat it. This isn't the first time they have screwed up. Will not be coming back tothis location cause the employees are not capable to doing their job. Read more
