I'm a truck driver from Virginia, passing thru on a load to the area. Stopped in here for dinner as the area in the back is a... pretty good size place for trucks. OMG, this place was amazing!! My wife and I wanted a quiet, low key Mexican dining experience El Rodeo Méxican Restaurant did not disappoint. We went around... 6 pm on a Sunday. They were open and there were only a few other tables occupied. I had the Chili Colorado and my wife ordered aground beef taco with a cup of the Albondigas soup. The Chili Colorado had just enough spice not to over power the beef. Thebeef was tender and the rice and beans authentic. I had a bottled beer and the over all price was reasonable. Read more

The food quality was good especially for the price point. The service was average, although my server did not have a sense of... urgency. The music in the restaurant was a distraction. It is a radio station with a lot of static and commercials. I wouldrecommend and come back to eat, with the mindset of the above. My husband has been to the restaurant twice and told me about this hole in the wall Mexican Restaurant. Lastnight, he took me here for dinner! Wow ???? Excellent, authentic, Mexican food robust with flavor. Your taste buds will danceand your stomach will thank you!!!! Great customer service!!! The food is great and so is the price. They are always friendly here and the restaurant is clean. They leave the options open to... me as a customer when it comes to choosing a combination plate unlike many restaurants where alterations on meat or items can'tbe changed. They serve the plate with the food hot and fresh each time and we cannot get enough of their chips and salsa! Read more
