Their brisket plate was good and so was their fries. We also ordered chili burger and was good as well. Place is located right... in the corner from the highway which is a very convenient stop. Staff were attentive. I love places like this! Read more
Very nice waitress, Pulled pork was moist. I had high hopes for the Brisket, but it was over cooked, had to knife it apart. ... Glad we stopped in for breakfast. The food and the portion was good. The restaurant is close to the KOA camp ground. The place... reminded me of the restaurant Bella & her dad ate at in the Twilight movie-- nice and cozy. The lady that helped us was veryfriendly. It looks like the restaurant is small, but there are 2 sections. Lots of seating. They also have a patio for eatingoutside. They have bbq sauces on the table (which tasted really good). to make it five stars You must consider the history of the place and the location at the crossroads of Sonoma and Mendocino... county.. as you just begin your journey at 128 to Mendocino and the coast.. so there is a romance factor as well as n historicconsideration.. what happens inside the restaurant will be variable in terms of food and service on any given day like any otherrestaurant but you can't help but realize the reason for its existence after all these years Read more
