Food was cold. Cheese was not melted and cold on burgers. Employee's in back talking and playing around. We couldn't get waited... on. We were the only customer's. Drive thru was not busy at all. I've been to this store a number of times and my order is never correct, but tonight was the worst. I ordered on doordash and... received the wrong order, so I call and ask to pickup the correct stuff and they said it was fine. I show up and the drive thruis 10 cars long and the dining room is closed. So I call again and ask if they could possibly bring it to the door. At thispoint it's been 2 hours since I placed my order. They tell me no, they won't bring it to me and that I have to sit in the drivethru and wait. I've now typed this whole paragraph and I'm still sitting in the same spot in the drive thru as I was 20 minutesago. My boyfriend and I moved today and we're tired and hungry and this has been the worst experience I've ever had with Wendy'sand doordash. Read more

Wish I could give it zero stars. The people that work at this Wendy's are the most incompetent employees I've ever experienced.... Ordered at the drive through for no one to respond after placing the order, get around to the window and the kid working actedlike he'd never seen a customer in his life. Had no idea what was even on their menu and asked 10 times what we wanted to orderbefore we just decided to drive off. Don't ever waste your time going to this Wendy's, you'd be better off making your ownburger or ice cream. Worst experience at a fast food restaurant ever. Read more
Like the new pub burger, but the lines are very long at prime times, i would recommend more staff and using the second window... at dinner, waited 20 minutes to order in a line wrapped around the building at 630, 30 minutes to get food, decent food for theprice, staff is very friendly, breakfast is pretty good too , thank you!
