All my past breakfast and lunch visits have been wonderful, but my first dinner time visit (11/29 at 6:30PM) was horrible. The... restaurant was well staffed and not very busy, but service times were 15-20 minutes or more, restaurant was filthy, staff wasrude. Management - you?d be better off locking the doors in the evening vs. giving customers an experience like this. Read more

These two for $4 steak biscuits were really really great. However the french fries that I ordered for breakfast small, was not... that great. Normally they are just this time it wasn't. Overall for breakfast food this morning on this trip I would give upthree and a half to four. Read more

Had to go through drive thru because the lobby was closed even tho online said it was opened and there were no signs stating it... was drive thru only. Got to the speaker box and the person taking my order kept interrupting me while I was trying to put myorder in. I ordered 2 Cajun biscuits two plain biscuits a large fries and a large bo round and it totaled to 18$. A littleexpensive for bojangles. Went up to the window and did not get a hello or how are you just blurted out my total to me with herhand out. I hand her my card and asked if they had honey mustard. Completely ignored me. Gave me my card and handed me a bag offood. As I was getting closer to home found out I only got one plain biscuit normally I would have been ok whatever but thisorder was 18$ and the lady at the window didn?t give me a receipt at all she could have charged me for more than that for all Iknow. Went back to the store and had to go through the drive thru again because the lobby was still locked and told them I wasmissing a biscuit and she looked at us with so much disrespect and turned around to get another one. She should be fired for howrude and disrespectful she is. Once I got home me and my boyfriend started to eat our food the Cajun biscuit just falls apartvery displeasing and the Bo rounds were soggy like they were under cooked. So gross I had to throw it out. This is the mostdisgusting and rudest employees I?ve ever seen. Read more

If you want to wait forever and be treated rudely this is your place. Also don't use the mobile app. I was told by management... they couldn't refund my money for something they were out of. Said I have to call corporate and wouldn't even give me the numberto call. It will be a long time before I go back. If ever. Read more

I used door dash to get the chicken supreme and the chicken bacon club sandwich and We didn?t get our sauce for the tenders, and... I got the wrong sandwich. I got the chicken biscuit with hard bacon on it. No lettuce, tomato, or mayonnaise. I would NOTrecommend using them for door dash! Read more
