I have not eaten in a Arby's for 4 years I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of their roast beef sandwich. Very tasty and... not soggy. The fries were good and the drink was good. Will stop again Phill Read more

Wasn?t going to write a review initially but it seems others have the same issue here and wasn?t just an off day: Slowest... service I?ve ever seen at a fast food restaurant. 30+ minute wait for a 3 item order, the sandwiches had been sitting waiting tobe bagged for ~15 minutes. The person bagging orders seemed to only be working on putting out drive through orders, and onepoint he was asked to work on 3 door dash orders. He then clocked out and proceeded to tell multiple other employees that he hadclocked out and would be going through the drive through to order 2 gyros (seemed like he didn?t want to wait at the end of theline to be served). It took at least 5 minutes for anyone else to take over bagging orders, at that point there were over 12sandwiches waiting to be bagged and delivered to people. Ordered carry out, it was put as dine in but the cashier realized thisand confirmed that it was supposed to be to go (kudos to her for that). The kicker, the person who ordered last was the firstto get their order. Finally we got to the car where we began to eat before continuing our road trip home, only to realize thefries were barely warm and super stale, the au jus wasn?t even half full, and the cheese for the French dip was barely on thesandwich. Dine-in and mask free with proper distancing of tables. Good to see some normalcy returning especially to one of my favorite... fast food chains. I have always enjoyed their flavorful thin roast beef piled high on a fresh sesame bun and the crispy curlfries. The young lady was very personable but did mess up of our order as my wife order the chicken club wrap but got thechicken pecan salad wrap. My wife went with it but not a fan of fruit mixed with the chicken salad but said it had good flavor. Just nice to be inside enjoying a meal, even if it is fast food. Read more
