I've never had to leave such a negative review. The store is understaffed so I give them a lot of benefit of the doubt. I... ordered a 12 piece with 2 fries and a coleslaw. The biscuits were crunchy, all the way through crunchy. Too hard to eat. Frieswere old and cold. The chicken was old and dried out. There's absolutely no excuse for food to go out like this at all. Beingshort staffed means you have to wait longer to get fresh food. I'm definitely ok with a longer wait. And the Pepsi leaked allover my car seat. Coleslaw was good. KFC used to be great! Now this location intentionally screws up your order and even when you check at the window to make sure... its all there, they actually refuse to correct it. Wow. I am patient with low staffing, long waits but this is gettingridiculous. Three stars still because the chicken was actually pretty good. I hope they can get their stuff together. Fast friendly service. The restaurant was clean and well cared for. The food came out fast , hot and accurate. Sizable dining... area. I enjoyed the col. Basket . Biscuits were on point. Sat in the drive thru for over 15 minutes with a sign posted asking for patience because of low staffing issues. Got frustrated... and pulled up to the window and saw everyone sitting around laughing when they said they couldn't see my truck because it wastoo big.
