Last year, Thanksgiving 2021. Our family didn?t have Thanksgiving so we went to this Cracker Barrel on University for a... Thanksgiving meal. It?s the same situation this year so we are looking for somewhere to go have a Thanksgiving meal. We won?t begoing to Cracker Barrel. Our experience in 2021 was the waitress clearly did not want to be working that night. I couldn?t blameher but I?m guessing her attitude affected her tips? Each meal was pre-portioned and there was no substitute. For example therewere sweet potatoes which we don?t like and we asked for just additional mashed potatoes and gravy with no sweet potatoes andthey would not do that. We are pretty sure that the turkey was some sort of pressed turkey rather than a turkey breast. We allagreed the best part of the meal were the green beans that were served. I was surprised at the price of the meal for what wegot. It wasn?t worth it. This is typically a good restaurant but we won?t be back especially for Thanksgiving. Read more

My first time eating at Cracker Barrel and it was good. I had the Country Fried Steak with mashed potatoes, white gravy, green... beans and corn bread. The food was good the biscuits were a little on the dry and crunchy side but they were still good. I wasseated right away and my waitress took my order fairly quickly which made for quick service. The atmosphere is family oriented.I would say I'd recommend this place. Read more

It's a nice place to have breakfast. Food was good but it was a little crowded. They also have a store inside with things like... candy, clothes and ornaments. Read more

Usually a pretty solid place to eat. They're famous for comfort food & they do it well. The service is usually friendly, fairly... quick, & reasonably priced. The attached store has an eclectic variety of gifts & merchandise too. They also have a lot of throwback sodas, candies, & treats to purchase to take you back to when you were a kid. Read more

Love the way its layer out with the only exception being placement of the registers. Lots of cool stuff.

The service was good. No wait for seating and our waitress was super nice. We ordered the Chicken Fried Steak and the Mama's... French Toast Breakfast. Chicken Fried Steak was delicious. French toast was pretty plain Jane, but still delicious and wellmade. The syrup tasted great and came in an adorable little glass bottle. The price was very affordable as well. Woulddefinitely recommend and will definitely be returning. Also loved the shop. Lots of adorable items including quilts, kids items, clothing and accessories. Read more

I usually love Cracker Barrel. This location is close to a number of hotels and I arrived about 30-45 minutes before closing. ... On a very positive. the best note. my server was excellent. She was friendly, attentive, and nice. Everything else was averageat best. The greeters and cashier's were too busy chatting in one spot and on their phone, it took a bit to be greeted/seated. Usually enjoy the Chicken/dumplings but these were runny and bland. Overall, just okay. Read more

Not as good as other cracker barrels. Chicken was good, but not sauses enough, steak fries were a bit overcooked, and Mac and... cheese was bland. It took asking to get a refill of ice tea, and ranch. Read more
