Between 3 workers, no one could figure out what meat is supposed to go on a cold cut combo. They just put bologna on my... sandwich. no ham or salami. The worker took about 15 minute to make 2 subs for us. I am usually not one to fuss about thingslike this. However, I expect the people employed by subway to at least know what they're doing. Worker made us wait 5-10 min while she finished filling her drink. Then we proceeded to order a foot long split she told us we... would have to pay for two separate 6 inches. I managed a subway long ago and I have been going and ordering the same thing foralmost 20 years and never been told this. I walked away and won?t spend my money here ever again!!!! Read more
Hailey was super unprofessional! She was slamming bread pans down on top of each other and huffing ... people in Walmart turner... to look at her. She then continued rob slam the toaster oven door, as well as the Bread keeper door! I work in retail even ifit was because she feels like she is under staffed or something which there was only 1 person ahead of us .. or maybe she had arude customer before us?? This subway experience was amazing. I would say the only reason was the worker Mallory I may have spelt her name wrong. Young... dark haired. She was very delightful, suggestive, and seemed as if she enjoyed her job. She made my food in the way I believeshe would have ate it and prepared her food. I know this seems crazy but If everyone put this level of detail into their workretail wouldn?t be dying. I hope she gets recognized for her work ethic and perpsonableness. Read more
Caveat: I used to work here. Anyway, the workers are friendly enough. However, some problems: store not well maintained, with... the floors messy. We made it through the line slower than we should have because one employee was filling the chip rack and wasnot called to help even when the line started getting long. The employee who made our sandwiches had to close a simple sandwich(turkey, lettuce, tomato, mayo) with the assistance of the paper and then left the paper in while wrapping. Had to give at least 1 star, wish I didn't have to. Was just in trying to order a cookie for my grandson. ( he received a... coupon for a free cookie) apparently the coupon cannot be used at this location. Completely understandable .. I then told her okbut we still need 3 cookies. As I was getting the money out to pay she walked away and waited on someone behind us. Excuse me...We were still in line and did I did not appreciate being ignored . I like subway but maybe they should spend sometime trainingfor customer service. This happened at 4:30 at Subway in the Clio Walmart....this wasn't the first time.
