Used to be awesome, but the robot order program is just ridiculous and messes up your order. Shame on your rallys shame on you.
I like Rally's but this place has some very shady business practices. Just be aware that if you order a meal you will... automatically be upgraded to medium even though it's listed as small with upgrade prices available. I approached the window andasked why so much. Was told that's the medium price. I voiced that I didn't ask for an upgrade. She said oh.. I can get thesmall. This isn't the first time this has happened. Another questionable practice after you order by saying this exactstatement... "Medium or large". Why not say "would you like a medium or large meal?" No, they specifically say it this way toconfuse customers. Finally, they try and suggestive sell multiple times... Apple pie? Add bacon? Add extra cheese? It'sirritating to the point where I'm not even going to visit this place anymore unfortunately. Read more
We ordered through grub hub to get food and the grub hub lady brought us the wrong order so we called and they had us come get... our order and completely remade everything with no hassle. Read more
Very rude! 4 customers standing in line for over seven minutes without even being acknowledged, 2 customers left due to waiting....
