Food was good service a little slow but not to bad.

Got sick after eating loaded fries. Me and my daughter. We had come in for the soup and salad bar but it was already shutting... down but it was still dinner time. Better tip had they served food we actually wanted. The one star rating is because weactually got physically sick after eating there. Read more

Needed to refuel during a 4 hour road trip back home. Remembered Big Boy has a weekend breakfast buffet (participation varies by... location) decided to stop at this location as most of the other Big Boy locations have permanently closed, especially in theDetroit/Metro-Detroit area. First I would like to say... I'm a black man. Visiting predominantly white areas some times means afew things. Thankfully, none of those things were the case during my visit here. I was greeted as soon as I walked in, mywaitress was very helpful and regularly checked on me. I didn't receive any nasty looks, snarky comments, or rude service. Thismay not sound like a big deal to most people, but it's a big deal to black people who have to deal with microagressions and sometimes in-your-face-racism. I was the only black person in the entire restaurant as far as I could tell. The service put my mindat ease. The food was just ok. Nothing to write home about, tastes about as good as your usual continental breakfast at yourlocal hotel. It was good enough for me to consume 3 plates lol. My five stars are mostly for the customer service. I greatlyappreciate it. Read more
Well this is a throwback from the past. Was very excited to see this as driving down the highway and seen that there was a big... boy so we stopped. If you've never had a Big Boy Burger Basket you need to stop in and grab one very delicious in feeling. Thestaff was very nice. Helpful. The place was really clean and inviting. They even gave me a soda to go! If you're looking for agood burger and a shake in your old neck of the woods I highly recommended you will not be disappointed. After a long day ofgolf in you're in the mood for a burger this is the spot! On your way out stop and grab a cookie they were delicious. Read more
