Don?t get me wrong I know this is a fast food restaurant but?. Slooooow service. I counted 5 workers and the only one helping... was the girl that kept apologizing and saying she was brand new. Kudos to her and the girl making the sandwiches. Watchedanother family wait at the register 27 minutes to get their order taken (btw we were the only two groups in the dining room). Noone else in line. When food was received, it was a long wait. Food received was incorrect, all of it was cold. No ketchup, noice, no paper towels in the bathroom. Go somewhere else. I don?t blame the kids working. I blame management and lack thereof. Read more

Never seen such a slow and unknowledavle Mcdonalds! This place takes an entire hour. Im not exaggerating it takes an hour to... get food if its after 3pm until closing and then they don't get the order right plus it's cold! You can't go inside after 5pmbecause it's "dark" or "not enough staff" to have the dining area open to go inside to order. They need a revamp on themanagement along with knowledge Pronto! Read more

Very disappointed in the salads. The lettuce is old and tastes awful. It?s see through like it?s been frozen and thawed. Dark... with starting rot. I bought two salads. Both bad. Read more

This place can't ever get anybody's orders, correct? This is the second time I've ordered a number seven which is a spicy... chicken sandwich and I end up with a baconator. How do you get it wrong when I tell you what number? Try calling to talk to mymanager and it tells me all employees are currently busy at this time. Please call back and hangs up. Read more

This is the 2nd time I have witnessed management being downright rude to some of the employees that are kinda on the slower end.... If you can't handle having them then maybe you shouldn't hire them. Give them credit that least they are willing to work. If Iwitness this again I will call someone hire up. They are human just like you!! Read more

I hate to leave bad reviews but this is MUCH needed. This was the worst fast food experience I?ve ever had! Me and my boyfriend... went through the drive thru around 10:45pm. We sat there waiting almost 10 minutes before they even took our order. Then thewoman was extremely rude and acted like we were an inconvenience, even though we came over an HOUR before they closed. We getour food and drive home just to realize our baconators are ice cold. The cheese was not even melted, the buns were cold, and themeat looked disgusting. The fries were awful too, they were cold and stale. They must?ve been sitting out for hours. It was sorepulsive we couldn?t even eat the food. I immediately drove back for a refund. I talked to the same lady who took our order andit turns out she was the manager for the night. I?m sorry but you should not be a manager if you are okay with giving outundercooked, old food. I asked for a refund and she told me ?it?s illegal to give a refund over $20.? What? I work in fast foodand I have never heard that rule. Anyway, she offered to re make it but I denied because I was so disgusted with our meal. Whynot just make it right the first time? Why do you have to get a complaint before making fresh food? I went to Wendy?s and was ordering through the driver through loudly when I was stopped abruptly by someone saying, ?LEVAE THE... DRIVE THROUGH NOW? fortunately the two workers at the window, Toby and Josh corrected the comment and told me to order anyway.Unfortunately I was told it was the manager Sam who ?doesn?t like loud noises? and told me to leave. I was very disappointed inmy experience at this Wendy?s as it used to be my favorite location. I no longer feel welcome or happy to stop by Wendy?s. Ihope this is taken care of soon. Read more

Tldr: drive thru service is great, in store service is pretty bad. Their drive thru is usually pretty good unless you order a... lot of things because they have a tendency to forget things in big orders (at least in my experience). That being said, if yougo inside for lobby service they suck. Most recently I went inside the lobby first since I didn't really want to eat in the carand there was a line of four people, which isn't that many, and I can see that the employee is currently filling a rather largeorder so I have no problem waiting for him to finish that first. After he got done with that he walked into the back? There's agood chance that there was task for him to finish first and I get that, but he didn't even acknowledge the customers waitingwith a "be with you in a moment" I left and went through the drive thru instead since I was a little pressured for time (not theemployees fault that I was late, that's all on me, but I still needed food and therefore service and I actually watched a carthat pulled into the lot at the same time as me leaving as I stood in line). This is not the only time I've walked into thelobby just to be ignored, just the most recent time. It's the only place I've been that prioritizes drive thru customers over instore customers. Read more
