Never happy there because too many lazy employees who always quit and under short staffs for many years . Never happy dining... room always closed all the times . Employees need get pay raise to make more employees to stay there and keep job more longer .I'm angry at Zaxby's have too many problems , trouble , under staffs and lazy employees . So disappointed! My husband and I went to Zaxby?s tonight and we were looking forward to the blackened blue zalad but they no... longer have it on the menu! Instead, we ordered the cobb zalad and for $10+ a zalad you would expect to get a little morelettuce than what we received and the bread that came with it was hard and stale. Delicious and fresh food. Polite staff. The only downfall is with the economy I guess the prices have gone up with less food and... sauces provided. Sadly it will only get worse before the kickin' chicken sandwich will be $15 not in a combo. Read more

my husband got the chicken finger meal, they gave him 3 scrawny chicken strips no coleslaw and fries. i got a grilled chicken... salad and it barely had lettuce in it and our meals were definitely not worth the price we paid. Read more

I cannot comment on the food since we didn't eat there. We came in on 7/24, 30 minutes before closing. When we said we wanted... to eat in the dining room, the staff told us they wanted to begin cleaning and they preferred we get our food to go. We weredriving, so when we said we preferred to eat in, we were told they didn't have any product left and it would take 20 minutes forour order, which would then be 10 minutes before closing. There were people behind us in line and cars in the drive through. We ate across the street and noticed the same car in the parking lot past closing, so I am not sure why they were allowed tostay.
