It's no wonder everybody got sick going ti Wendy's. Just got to meals from the one on s charles g seivers blvd. Both the... single burger and the double burgers were raw. Will never go to Wendy's ever again. Read more
Unfortunately I would not recommend eating at this establishment. The employees did not say a word to us through the drive... through. A lesson on customer service should be given. I had to tell the employees what I had ordered because they could notremember. The food was slapped together and not fresh. If you are going to run a business this is not the way to do it. Verydisappointing. Read more

So Wendy's was my first job of several in the hospitality industry. My experience today, ranks near the bottomless pit of places... of recent. Fast food really wants us to order at their kiosks, but I was with my parents and they prefer the "old way" ofordering. First, we wait 5 minutes to even be acknowledged. Then another 10 for the food, which was lukewarm at best. Ipersonally watched the customer behind us, not be acknowledged for, well yes, 10 minutes. 7-8 people is what I counted and all Iexperienced was inefficiency at its finest. Saw one person only wearing gloves. Not sure if that is a requirement in AndersonCounty, but why that one person and no one else? What I do know, is that after having worked at Wendy's, 30 years ago, Icould've ran that operation far better than what I and, the customers before and after me saw and dealt with. Wendy's is farsuperior to McDonald's overall, but the competition across the street has this Wendy's blown away by miles. Read more
