It is impossible to get this deli to make the fries, extra crispy. I have asked and asked. Please, please, please make the fries... extra extra crispy. They are still the bland limp ole fried potatoes they normally are. I always thought a deli was to make foodthe way the customer orders it......not here. Read more
13 years that my 4 member family has been eating there twice a month. You had good food. Sadly roughly 2 years ago you changed... your hamburger meat. It has a very off taste now. You lost our business. I will still go there for a loaded chili dog withnacho cheese. They are awesome Read more
Much love and appreciation for everyone working, but our call-in deli orders have been wrong everytime we've ordered here for... the last three months or so. I'm not sure if it's just a low staff issue or if theres another problem, just wanted to bring itto attention. No hard feelings of course, we'll continue to order here. I'm new to the area. I've tried git'ngo 4 times in the last two weeks due to what i thought was convenience. Seems like if you... dont order loaded got dogs, it takes 4 or more of them to read the screen. I ordered a cheeseburger and Fri and it tookliterally 28 minutes. Then all but one of the staff was completely rude and acted like they had better things to do. Theyoffered my money back after a complaint about the wait time, but then they were so slow and hateful I just wanted to get out ofthere. Then you top it all, my burger was cold and made wrong. Needless to say, I won't be back. It's a shame to have suchaconvenient and nice gas station operated by the wrong people, because the store truly deserves better representation. Read more
One reason I gave a low rating is I had a flat tire and made it here to try and get air. Well the air hose was broken pouring... air through the already black tape that was on the tare, rip , or hole that was there. Then went into the store to try andpurchase fix a flat or something in that nature. The only thing they had was something simular. Costed just as much. I purchased 2 and only 1/2 of 1 was used bc it quit working.. They had no plug kits. Also employee was snoody. Read more
