I don?t typically give a five star to any restaurant. My wife and I ordered the two medium specialty pizzas for 8.99 ea. We were... not disappointed with the amount of toppings on the hand tossed extravaganZZa and thin crust meatZZa pizzas. We normally orderPJs in Clinton. Sticking with Dominoes for now. Ordered pizza at 7pm, didn't show up until 1130pm. Called 6 times. No answer. Gave them another chance, delivery was 3 hours... late. There's no excuse for service like that. Store manager needs to find another job and the store owner needs to get his orher act together. Either run your business or give it to someone else that can. Read more
My family and I had lunch at this location today. We waited a few extra minutes for our food but considering they had multiple... large orders and only two ladies working, it was understandable and no problem. ( these ladies were working their tushies off)Plus, they made up for the wait with an extra pizza. Our favorite part was when one of the ladies turned on the music. I placed a carry out order around 9:30 at night for a pasta, bread bites, and bread twists. The online system said it would be... ready at 9:50-10. So my brother leaves to go pick it up. They called me at 9:54 (within the window they said it would be ready)and I didn?t answer. I called back literally 1 min later and they said that they had cancelled my order because that was dominospolicy to cancel the order if the person didn?t answer which is weird, never heard of that? Then proceeds to tell me ALL of thethings they?re out of in the store (only 1 of the things they were out of was on our order). My order went through 25 minutesbefore that and they could?ve called then before my brother left to get the food. He was pulling in as I was on the phone withthe dominos worker. Don?t mind my cat I am a real person- now for the review, The first time I went here, I waited 45 minutes and when I got up to... the front, my pizza was ready the whole time and I waited 45 minutes for a pizza that was already ready. The second time, Iordered around 3 and they said it would be ready around 7:45, when I got there I was a little bit early but the workers said itwould be a 45 minute wait. So I will not go here ever again and recommend no one else does. But when it does work out, thepizza is pretty good. Read more
Five stars for the employees. Their employees are really hustling. On a Friday night, only two employees were making pizzas,... handling customers. Despite this, Sebastian even still was able to provide kind service. Sure, it's not perfect, I had to wait afew minutes more for my pizza, but there are bigger problems in the eod. If only two folks are running this place on a Fridaynight, you gotta expect a few delays. To the management - you're really fortunate to have such hard working folks likeSebastian! Hope you take care of your people like they're taking care of your business. But, you gotta hire more folks if youonly got two people doing everything on a Friday evening. Read more
I placed an order at this location at 7:14 PM on April 24th. The expected completion time was between 7:30 and 7:40, so we got... to the location at roughly 7:45. The website allowed the orde to go through with no issues. According to the tracker, the orderwas made, assembled, and baked. It even displayed an employee's name, given as "Corey," as being the one handling things. Thestore was CLOSED. Lights off, door locked, no one inside or on the phones. I took the attached photo at 7:55. You can see thelights off and the chairs are all stacked. We were the SECOND customers in the parking lot and a THIRD arrived shortly after. Read more
Sad that Pizza Hut in Clinton closed due to horrible service. Looks like another is on it's way. I only leave bad reviews if... something wrong isn't made right! Last time I ordered carryout (because delivery is now $7) I ended up waiting at the store 25minutes past the pick up time. Today I ordered carryout online to pick up on my way home from work. Got home and neither pizzawas close to what I ordered. Called the store and was told to bring the pizzas back to the store and new pizzas would be remade.No apology, (until I picked up the new pizzas), no offer of free breadsticks, drink, delivery, NOTHING! So I have to take thepizzas back to get the correct ones. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE PERIOD! 1st Pizza Hut, now Dominos. Looks like it's Papa John's fromnow on! Read more
