I go to this Bojangles a lot because it is near my work but even though online cit says it?s open (@5am) I usually come through... about 15 til 6am and it isn?t always open. We are here the other week and it was great! However tonight I'm taking away my 5 star review. It was an absolute disaster, they... were not organized. We placed our order, two meals. 3 more people came in after us and ordered. We waited and waited, you got 5people standing up front waiting for food and your number one concern is the drive thru and your door dash orders. Family mealbox after box got filled and went out the door and we're all still waiting. Then a group of 4 came in and ordered a 12 pc meal.They filled there order and they're sitting down eating and we're all still waiting for food. Awesome 1st experience at Bojangles while returning from our fall colors trip to Blue Ridge and Maggie valley. Since we don't... have it in Ohio, we haven't been to this chain ever. The manager patiently and smilingly explained to us all that were on menu.The food was nice and warm. The sauces are excellent - better than other fast food joints. If I could have gave 0 stars I would. No matter how many times we try to give this place a chance to prove they're better as... they were before the pandemic when it was MANAGED DIFFERENTLY.....we get smacked in the face with today's visit. The managersaid they didn't have any change and we HAD TO USE A CARD while our food was sitting there ready. ???? A RESTAURANT THAT DOESNTHAVE CHANGE???
