went inside to enjoy a meal..the employees were obviously cutting up and laughing..nobody acknowledged we were standing there... for at least 5 minutes.. then they were out of the items i wanted ..so i ordered something different. went to get condiments anda table to sit and eat..table needed wiping.. food in the chair.. no condiments setting out..the store was a mess..I wont begoing back.. Food is standard tasty Taco Bell, but on one occasion, I showed up about 20 minutes before closing and the lady who took my... order went the extra mile to make me happy when they didn't have a ton of stuff due to closing soon. Wish I got her name.Awesome trip! Read more
The guy working the register was very nice and helpful. I was the only one there but the food I ordered took 20 minutes. It was... just a quesadilla and a taco. The guy at the register was apologetic. The whole time I was there I could hear this woman yellingbehind the counter. Yelling about food not being ready and at one point yelled ?THERES PEOPLE IN THE DINING ROOM!? Severaltimes. It was very unprofessional. That atmosphere had made me not want to go there again. Poorly staffed and the staff that is there at least the drive thru lady, was very rude she was on her phone the whole time she... took our order and kept asking me to repeat myself since she was busy facetiming someone then our wait for just our drinks was20 minutes so much for the "fast food" thing then our food took another 30 minutes. It makes me not want to go back but its theonly taco bell here. Very bad service it made me very unhappy and late getting back to work from lunch. Read more
My husband and I stopped and ordered crunchy tacos around 3:30 today. Neither of us had been to a Taco Bell in years, so we... didn't say anything to each other, but noticed the shells tasted a little off. Throwing the tacos back up caused us to have theconversation about the odd taste. The only meal we shared today was at Taco Bell in Clinton. We got sick within minutes of eachother. I would have let the store know hoping noone else would get sick, but I have tried calling for 5 hours and the phone hasyet to be answered. I would have given less than one star if I was able.
