Literally the worst location ran by the most childish individuals possible. Obnoxiously rude and condescending, those are their... "good qualities". Don't waste your time/money here. No staff monitoring the front so when the kiosk did not work we had to finally yell for someone. The Big Mac was great but my... order of nuggets and fries were like warm and tasteless. We ordered and paid for a milk shake and were then told there were nomilkshakes. We asked for a refund and the manager went to great lengths to try and avoid giving us one. Manager was hollering at employee on the floor in front of other employees and customers because the employee was supposed to... got off at 7 and he was trying to leave at 7:17 and she said he needed to wait untill she let him off, that he couldn't justleave because of what his schedule said. Bad management maybe the reason they can't keep employees. Stopped by this location for breakfast on our trip to NC. Dined in. Was dangerous walking throughout the restaurant as the... cleanup man was mopping the floors. It was similar to ice-skating. Mopping shouldn't be permitted during busy hours unless it'sto clean up a spill. Food was cold to luke warm. Had to ask several times for utensils, condiments, and cups. Had to order usingthe self help option but no table placards were available to mark on our order. Giving 2 stars for the employees who did show upto work. Had stopped at the McDonald's in Chapin earlier and got turned away because only 1 employee, the manager, showed up towork and was trying to run the entire operation. Read more
Went through this location with my son for breakfast on August 1. Breakfast was okay. I can't help but noticing the McMuffin... that McDonald's buys and sells, is much smaller than the store bought product. No complaints, just wasn't fantastic. But Idon't know who the young lady was that was working the speaker box and pay window, she was incredible! So polite and friendly! Like above and beyond, and certainly much nicer than an McDonald's employee I've spoken to in quite some time! Hat's off toher! Wish we had her at our local McDonald's. 15 minutes and counting for a Big Mac and 10 piece nugget mobile order. All in store orders have been completed while they keep... giving the Big Mac to drive through orders. 3 times they said they ?need another Big Mac for the mobile order?. Don?t use mobileif you?re getting food from this store. It will take much longer and the staff definitely doesn?t care. I?m not one to make afuss for something taking a while when everyone else gets their food, but I can understand why some people do when the workershave no care in the world for your time. Read more
Worst McDonlalds in US. Vincent the so called manager is unprofessional and rude. He has no business in a job dealing with... customer service. Maybe a job in sanitation would suit him better.
