If I could give half a star I would. Tonight my mother called and made an order over the phone. She was told it would take 20... minutes. I went to get the food 20 minutes later and was told we would have to wait for the chicken to be cooked. We agreed andwent to the window and paid. We had to wait and when our food finally came out it was only 12 pieces of chicken not the sides.We were told we only ordered the chicken and and when we asked for a refund they only gave us $25 of our money back and thenrefused to talk to us and hung up on my mom. This place needs to be closed down they are very rude and unprofessional. Read more
Terrible!!!! My husband and I ate there last night and I instantly got sick! I had a fever and real bad stomach pains! Now my... husband has it! The food was terrible, service were horrible! As we was at the window ordering we smelled a strong odor comingfrom inside the restaurant. We had to pull up and wait forever and we were the only ones in line! The restaurant was clean, but the staff were not attentive (waited forever to be able to place our order), the first two drinks... I tried were empty, they ran out of Nashville hot sauce so used buffalo sauce instead, and my large fries had about enough to bea small... Definitely would NOT recommend unless it's your only option... Read more
Worst fast food place in Clinton. They tell you to pull up every time even when there is nobody in line and you are going to... wait at least 15 minutes every time. Terrible. Read more
Very slow paced. The employees usually can't bother with customers & are real quick to be rude. The food is meh at best.
NOPE?. Every time after I work I want something quick to grab if you go to this kfc it will be midnight before you get home.... Kinda irritated... ordered an 8 piece and got 6 pieces of chicken and instead of them replacing what they didn't have(if that... was the case) they just left it out shorting the customer. Look it was not my fault yall inconvenienced me by not having thechicken so extra legs or a leg and a thigh would have been fine I don't eat the legs my son does but just cause u don't eat thewings don't mean u short the customer. 8 pieces is two wings two legs two thighs and two breast I didn't get wings. No call noeffort to make up for the missing wings nothing. Spent 40 bucks to get shorted on my meal. Read more
