The restaurant looks so nice and looked like it had so much potential. There weren?t many customers there and was nice and... quiet. But the experience was awful. The girls were more concerned with cleaning off prior tables than waiting on the peoplecurrently seated. After 15 literal minutes we finally asked one of them cleaning if we could at least get drinks to which sheresponded, ?I?ll see if I can find your waitress? and disappeared. We finally were able to put in a drink order, and it tookanother 10 minutes to get drinks. Then after we had drinks it was another 10 minutes before we were able to order our food. Wehad to ask for every refill, EVERY refill, and that was only when we could catch the girl. Our drink cups were empty most of themeal. The food wasn?t bad, hot surprisingly, and tasty. But the lack of service and watching the girls hover around the frontand not serving the customers was frustrating. Read more
Arrived around 5 pm on a Saturday. Place was empty so no trouble getting seated. Business picked up while we were there. Our... server as excellent, the meal was spectacular and the side salad with the meal was the best I've ever had. Read more
I hate leaving a bad review, but this was our experience. I can't speak for all of the wait staff, but the service at our table... was the worst I have ever experienced. The food was mediocre at best and the side of veggies was shameful. Considering all ofthe other sides appeared to have large portions, the veggies consisted of one small broccoli floret, 2 small cauliflowerflorets, 2 rubbery baby carrots. Service was bad. In her defense we were a party of 11, but she took drink orders and broughtthem out 3 people at a time. Then we waited another 15 plus minutes for her to take our food order. While she took our order shestood at one end of the table focused on the parking lot. Seriously, she barely looked at us and people at the opposite end ofthe table couldn't hear or be heard. When we finally got our food one person never received anything, nobody received thespecific dressings they ordered, and the few special items she brought out went to the one end of the table and she actuallyexpected us to pass it down even though we didn't know whose items they were. Honestly I don't think she even knew. When we toldher someone didn't get their food her response was, "I already brought that out." We did get refills. One. After everyone wasfinished eating she finally came to the table and asked if anyone wanted refills. That was the only courtesy visit to our table.Otherwise she only showed up to take orders or deliver food. All the whole NEVER asking if anyone needed anything. We had tostop her to make requests, which clearly upset her. Needless to say, I won't be back. Sorry Lucille's, I know you aren't whollyresponsible for your servers, but to me this is a clear failure to train. Read more
I work at a restaurant as a server. So I will start by saying the server did her job and took care of us until the food came... out. My mother-in-law and I both got a chk fried steak. I took ONE bite. It was so horrible. The server did not ask how the foodwas after we received it. We had to ask another server to even get her to come talk to us. I lost my appetite instantly but myin-law asked for replacement of something else. The manager, Justin, come out and told me I had to pay full price for my mealthat was absolutely horrible. Even with out getting a replacement meal. Not only am I not satisfied with my food I am 100% notsatisfied with the way the manager handled the situation. I hope the owner of this Restaurant sees this and explains a negativeguest experience don?t stop with them. Honestly, when I read some of the other reviews of this restaurant on Google Maps, I was apprehensive. Certain comments are so... negative that it felt like a competitor must have written those words. I'll tell you what: This is a cool restaurant with anexcellent Route 66 vibe. The BBQ Smoked Sausage was excellent with a BBQ sauce that was not overly spicy. The hamburger steakwas cooked just right and was so large that my spouse could not finish it. And the side salad with house dressing was tops,according to my spouse. We were seated immediately upon entering and our server Erika showed up at our table in less than aminute after we were seated. She was prompt and efficient, conversational, and courteous. And our orders came out of the kitchenin just a few minutes. I would not hesitate to eat here again, and I'm sorry if you've read other reviews on Google Maps thatsuggest otherwise. It was a good experience. Read more
Why one star? Rotten salad, slow, slow, service, dry hamburger patties, and empty water glasses. Did I mention rotten salad?... Salad is easy to make and inspect, it should never be rotten, so what does that say about the restaurant as a whole? Lucille'sseems to have rotten from a lack of serious competition. But hey! Our waitress never checked on us, didn't come back. Food was burnt and my chicken wasn't cooked through. Poor service never... asked if we needed anything else and never asked if we wanted condiments. Why is a 5 Oz steak 8.99 and a 6 Oz steak 13.99? I canget an 8 Oz steak at Fred's in Elk City for 9.99. This place had horrible service and all the waitresses just talked to eachother at the registers. Also, the sauted mushrooms were not sautéed. Their servings were small too definitely would not goback. Read more
Food was good but the service was sub par. Our party of 8 was seated within minutes of our arrival but then waited for about 10... minutes to give someone our drink order. We finally waved down an employee who said it wasn't her job but she'd go find ourwaitress. Same employee came back about 3 minutes later and took our drink order. Probably close to 12-15 minutes later ourwaitress appeared and took our order. Service was slow for our entire visit. I'm not sure if they were just super short handedor if just very inexperienced. We arrived before the diner rush with only about a dozen cars in the parking lot. The restaurantwas very nicely decorated, clean and well lit. If it wasn't for the slow and inattentive service I would definitely visit thereagain. I believe it's a very small chain with only two locations. I hope our experience is an anomaly and not the norm.
