My family has been regular customers at this particular location for years but after the disrespectful way we were treated today... by some waitresses was upsetting and shocking, we've decided to go to the Dunn location in the future. I don't know what hashappened to these newer hires, but the food isn't as good and the waitresses , not only got my order wrong , they NEVER told thecook the correct order. So I sat there waiting for 20 minutes for no reason. She didn't offer me an apology but argued with mysister! Never again. Read more

The food was okay. My bread was stale and had to be switched out. The bathrooms had absolutely no air conditioner and the... restaurant itself seemed as if it didn't either...very humid and probably 80 degrees. I love the paper plate car that they used for kids meal, but food is not good and service is slow and poor service, the... waitress ( she said she?s from Boston) forgot to give our drinks and only gave my husband half of cheesesteak when we clearlyordered whole!
