I'm currently standing in line and the cashier said they can't take anymore orders. She has no reason why. The machines are... capable but a manager or someone just told her to stop. It sounds like poor management if you ask me. If Wendy's would like abetter manager I am capable of doing it with one arm tied behind my back. Came to Wendy's with the family for dinner, Savanah was the young lady who took our order, we ordered tons of food and made many... trips to the counter! We were even helped with coupon transactions, very friendly customer service. Food was made quick and wasfresh the tripple bacon pub burger was exquisitely amazing along with the triple bourbon burger!! Main manager seemed to be cranky, she was saying things to her coworkers/employees that you shouldn't be in front of your... customers. We had a long wait for 2 sandwiches, it was busy, but the comments were unnecessary especially when anyone couldhear it. Read more
Slowest fast food restaurant I've ever been to. Spent at least 30 minutes in line inside for a to go order. There were regular... intervals where the staff just didn't take any orders. I go through Clinton regularly and will be skipping this place movingforward. Read more
Went thru Drive-Thru ordered 2 chicken sandwich combos, upon leaving noticed one of the chicken sandwiches was a plain single... Patty cheeseburger. Went back thru Drive-Thru, staff was unconcerned when swapping out for our chicken sandwich. Went through the drive thru about 8pm Sunday August the 7th. We ordered 2- 4 for $4 meals and a 5 dollar meal deal. We waited in... the line for a long time which didn't bother me because I know it was really busy but when we got our food and all the burgerswere cold and we didn't get any sauce with our nuggets it was very disappointing. Nuggets and Fry's were very good it would ofbeen nice after waiting for so long if the burger were fresh. Read more
Traveling through town, I stopped here. I was not impressed. I won't return. There are other options. The food was fine, I... should mention. Dining in, the tables all still had wipe-marks (like when they're "cleaned" with old water/rag), so that was nogood. We used our own wet wipes to fix that. The soda machine went offline so guests had to have them use the drive throughfountain to fill drinks. Read more
I'm a bacon fan and Wendy's has one the best bacon burgers my only complaint is prices seem high but then again is it worth the... extra price for such a good burger? That's up to you I say Yes once in awhile. Read more
