The staff was nice, attentive, and patient. The food was good as well. Even my picky eater daughter was tearing it up!
We ate at this location on our way back to Texas. Our Texas locations are great. But this location is terrible. We had 4... meals. One came out within 5 minutes. The other 3 took 30 minutes plus us asking twice for them. The food was fine, notexceptional, but it was ok. Management really needs to work on improving customer service at this location. Read more
We stopped here on our way home from Gulf Shores. The food was predictable-y good as I have come to be accustomed to from this... restaurant. When all else fails, find a Mccalisters. The kids meals options are great even a salad entree plus a fruit side andorganic milk, which I appreciate. Fresh salads and sandwiches are always good. This particular location had great service as wewere greeted as we came in with a smile and when my salad took a little longer than it should have, she gave us a couple of freecookies. 5/5 for good food and good service. I actually had great food and service when we came. There also was hardly any customers in.
Since COVID, every time I come to this location, the service is bad and food is slapped together. I ordered a club sand which,... no tomato, and I got this slapped together thing. plus they forgot the bacon. But I know they weren't out of bacon because mymom's salad had bacon. My sisters pizza was burnt. Customer service is terrible. Other customers were complaining while waiting.I won't be giving this location another chance. I feel like my money has been wasted. Sandwich was delicious, however there was a line at the door and only one employee taking orders. That wasn?t a big issue,... however this location is certainly lacking cleanliness. There were no 4+ top tables clean and ready for other guests to sit toeat at. No employees were bussing the tables until it became obvious that it had to be done, nobody took initiative. Guests werewiping their tables with the napkins from the dispenser. Plus, there were 7 dead flies on the window sill, some with dust. So Iwould like to ask the manager in charge of this location as to how does he/she not notice the obvious lack of cleanliness attheir location? It?s certainly something I would be able to take notice and initiative in my store. Read more
The soccer team I coach had a game tonight @ 6:00. Upon leaving the soccer fields at Traceway, I started trying to call... McAlister?s to place a to-go order. I called 17x between 7:15-7:45. Nobody ever answered?I wondered if perhaps their failure toanswer the phone (for a solid 30 minutes) could be attributed to a mad dinner rush? When I walked in, I was disappointed to findthat out of the 25-30 table tops, only 5 were occupied, and there were two people waiting on their food? I asked when I orderedat the register if there was an issue with the phone lines or something- just trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. Shedidn?t ever answer my question and gave me a blank stare when I explained why I was inquiring about the phones. In the photos(which depict the state of the restaurant when I walked in, and the quality of the food) it is quite clear that pure neglect isthe only logical explanation. Read more
