The use to have better variety of pizza it's not out quick enough on the buffet line other than that it's ok

We ordered two pizzas during the buffet. We were brought 3 slices each, which were cold and overcooked none of the rest of... either pizza were put on the buffet trays. I asked one of the servers about it and she was rude and refused to make what weordered and said they only bring 3 slices to the table. I have Always been brought the entire pizza to the table. I paid for thewhole thing so that I could take the rest home. The lady who was so rude is named Kimsey. I asked for a comp for next time andwas told NO with a nasty attitude. I have been coming to this location on highway 80 since it opened. I will NOT come back ifshe is working that day! She has HORRIBLE people skills. I have never had an issue before tonight. I was made to feel veryinsignificant in front of the other patrons. As I said I will not come here if she is working. Other patrons came to my tableand asked what happened. They were going to say something to her about the treatment and I told them not to. There may be otherswho complain about how we were treated. Sincerely, Mike Sumrall P.S. We stopped for dinner about 8pm.The spaghetti on the buffet looked like it was left from lunch. The pizzas had sat so long that... they were dried out. The only fresh item we saw put onto the buffet was one tray of cheese bread. Never again at this location. Read more
Mazzios disappointed me . The pizza that I had was disgusting . I know it had 3 different meats on it and one of those did not... taste right . The pizza was crunchy itself which is good but the flavor was not there . We also had fried ravioli?s withmarinara sauce and those were pretty good . Also the Buffalo wings were good as well . THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD WITH A MAZZIOS I CAME HERE THE PIZZA HAD BARELY NO CHEESE AND WAS JUST THROWED... TOGETHER AND VERY NASTY CRUST WAS HARD PASTA HAD NO MEAT EVERYTHING WAS COLD AND NOT GOOD AT ALL NO CHEESE FOR SALAD BAREMPLOYEES WERE VERY RUDE AND MANAGER GETTO THEY I ATE IN IT WAS NOT CLEAN SALAD BAR LOOKED A MESS THIS WHOLE PLACE JUST MADE MYSTOMACH HURT I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN !!! Came to the buffet at 5pm actually made it a little before 5pm. The pizza that was served was horrible it didn't seem fresh and... it was HARD with a burnt taste. I ordered wings, they were not fresh seem like they were already made. Don't get me wrong theirwings are good! I paid for a salad bar and used the ranch and it was a piece of curled hair in my ranch. The whole Mazzio's experience has drastically changed. What was once fun and vibrant has become dull and uninspiring. The food... on the buffet is not kept fresh and filled except for the salad bar area. The decor is run down with old and stained carpet, rundown bathrooms and some shoddy tables and chairs. Each time I've visited this restaurant it was with the hope of a greatexperience, however I have come to realize that maybe that's just a thing of the past!!! Read more
