My favorite platter: full pound shrimp

They were huge size crawfish. They were kinda bland. Snow crabs were perfectly cooked. Asked for 3 snow crab plates, the girl at... the register misunderstood me I guess. Never consistent with flavor. Once, they gave me plate that had been eaten on with teeth marks in the sausage and corn. The... service needs work too. We have more like businesses now in the area that's worth the drive because they have better qualityseafood for the price. I've been a patron as long as I could, but got to move on. Fried catfish is normally good. Tonight the fish had the same good seasoned batter but did not look like catfish at all, the... fish was tough, very tough?.I thought catfish was white and flaky?We also ordered tamales and they were old and just not good. We have plenty of crawfish in the Memphis area but nothing beats coming home to this. Seasoning and flavor always just right.

The foods worth the wait... personally I could use a little more spice. But still good..
