I go here every morning. EVERY morning. And it's generally a positive experience. But this morning was so horrible I'm going to... give them 1 star. I used the app to order 2 coffees and some food. They give me my coffees,, don't have the food ready, ask meto pull forward. Not a problem. A guy brings out a bag, which feels light... I look inside. Missing a bagel and an egg andcheese wrap. I tell him. He's not happy with me. Takes my bag inside, comes back out and informs me that I already got thatstuff. "She said she already gave it to you." I think I'd know if she did. So he keeps saying I already got it. I said "fine.Ill order it again!" I place another order on my app for the missing items. Wait in the line again, etc. At the window they haveno idea what I'm talking about. But I demanded a gift card for the 2nd order, she threw $6 at me. Literally... threw it.
